Non — aucun acompte n’est requis. Après validation du devis (retour signé), la réservation est confirmée. Le paiement intégral s’effectue le jour de l’événement (sauf mandats administratifs). Soyez tout de même vigilants quant aux conditions générales de vente pour les délais de report / annulation.

Est-il obligatoire de réserver pour un groupe ?

Oui — la réservation pour les groupes est obligatoire. Un devis personnalisé est envoyé avec jour, heure, formule et tarifs. La réservation est confirmée après réception du devis signé.

Que se passe-t-il si je souhaite modifier ou annuler une réservation groupe ?

Veuillez vous référer aux conditions générales de vente. Toute modification ou annulation devra respecter les délais et modalités précisées dans le devis.

Vos activités sont-elles sécurisées pour les centres de loisirs ou écoles ?

Nous considérons que l’adrénaline doit rester un plaisir, jamais une source d’inquiétude. C’est pourquoi nous avons investi depuis la création du parc il y a 14 ans dans la technologie de sécurité la plus pointue du marché : la ligne de vie continue. La technologie ne fait pas tout. Notre parc aventure en Charente-Maritime est fier de son équipe de professionnels qualifiés.

Combien d’enfants pouvez-vous accueillir lors d’une sortie de classe ou de centre de loisirs ?

Nous avons une grande capacité d’accueil qui répond normalement à toutes les demandes. Cependant, les choix d’activités et timing de sorties peuvent modifier notre capacité d’accueil : contactez-nous par e-mail / formulaire pour vérifier la disponibilité.

Avez-vous un espace pour le déjeuner ou pour faire une pause ?

Nous mettons à disposition des tables de pique-nique pour les groupes. Vous pourrez en profiter gratuitement avant ou après si vous effectuez une seule activité et entre les activités en cas de multi-activités sur une journée complète.

Le parc est-il accessible en bus ?

Oui – L’accès au parc est disponible aux bus. Il est aussi possible d’utiliser le réseau de bus CARABUS dont l’arrêt est situé à moins de 100 m du parc (ligne 4 – arrêt « Pasteur »)

Over the years we have supported incredible local charities through donations, volunteering our time at fundraisers.

Each year, we donate several thousand euros in gift vouchers for fundraising events, local charities, lotteries, and raffles.

We know there are thousands of worthy charities. Therefore, we have decided to focus on those that align with our purpose: harnessing the power of adventure and showing people what they can achieve when they push their limits. Whether for adults, children, able-bodied people or those with different abilities, we are proud to help everyone live more adventurously.

Frequently Asked Questions about youth service and association outings

Is a deposit required for groups?

No — no deposit is required. Once the quote is validated (returned signed), the booking is confirmed. Full payment is made on the day of the event (except for administrative mandates). Please remain mindful of the general terms and conditions regarding postponement/cancellation deadlines.

Is it mandatory to book for a group?

Yes — booking for groups is mandatory. A personalized quote will be sent with the date, time, package, and rates. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote.

What happens if I want to modify or cancel a group booking?

Please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale. Any modification or cancellation must comply with the deadlines and procedures specified in the quote.

Are your activities safe for leisure centers or schools?

We believe that adrenaline should always be a pleasure, never a source of worry. This is why, since the park was founded 14 years ago, we have invested in the most advanced safety technology on the market: the continuous lifeline. Technology isn't everything, though. Our adventure park in Charente-Maritime is proud of its team of qualified professionals.

How many children can you accommodate for a school trip or leisure center?

We have a large hosting capacity that normally meets all requests. However, the choice of activities and timing of outings can modify our capacity: contact us by email / form to check availability.

Do you have a space for lunch or to take a break?

We provide picnic tables for groups. You can use them for free before or after if you are doing a single activity, or between activities in the case of a full-day multi-activity booking.

Is the park accessible by bus?

Yes – The park is accessible to buses. It is also possible to use the CARABUS bus network, with a stop located less than 100m from the park (line 4 – "Pasteur" stop).

Booking

We are sometimes victims of our own success, so we strongly recommend booking in advance! This allows us to welcome you under the best possible conditions.

Appropriate footwear

For your safety, we ask that you wear closed-toe shoes that cover at least the heels and toes, as well as clothing suitable for outdoor activities. (Crocs, flip-flops, and sandals are not permitted.)

Payment

We accept all types of payment: online purchase, credit/debit card, cash, ANCV (holiday vouchers), and bank transfers/administrative mandates.

Guidance

The presence of an adult in the park is mandatory for those under 18. Trails are marked so that progress can be followed from the ground.
