Our partners

A collective dynamic for the Coolongalook project.

Since its creation, Coolongalook has chosen to develop within a strong partnership-based approach. Far from progressing alone, we have built our identity alongside committed stakeholders from complementary sectors: education, sport, environment, craftsmanship, and tourism. This diverse network enriches our vision and enables us to offer an experience that goes far beyond the scope of a simple treetop adventure course.

Meaningful educational partnerships

Every year, we welcome thousands of children and teenagers from across the region as part of school trips and educational projects. In close collaboration with schools, leisure centers, and socio-educational organizations, we design supervised activities intended as true learning tools.

Our educational commitment is based on concrete actions:

An EAPS accreditation from the Ministry of Youth and Sports allowing our activities to be included in school trips.
Content aligned with official curricula, addressing in particular biodiversity, forest ecosystems, cooperation, and autonomy.
Workshops promoting mutual support, active listening, motor development, and respect for the environment.
Support for schools engaged in an E3D approach, through initiatives carried out within our parks.
Our ambition is clear: to make nature a space for experimentation that is both fun, educational, and structuring.

A constant commitment to safety.

At Coolongalook, safety is a fundamental principle. We work with specialized and certified companies for the design of our installations, such as Altus, Koala Equipment, and Vertic’ Alps, French benchmarks recognized internationally for their expertise and innovative capabilities.

Our facilities are subject to regular inspections, and our teams are trained through professional certifications, including the CQP OPAH. Insurance coverage for the installations completes this rigorous system.

These technical partnerships ensure a high level of quality and reliability.

A strong local presence.

Convinced of the importance of local dynamics, we prioritize close partnerships. We develop synergies with providers of complementary activities (canoeing, climbing, escape rooms, etc.) as well as with associations involved in environmental, sports, and social fields.

The park is thus part of a living territorial ecosystem, contributing to a coherent and responsible experience.

A responsible and local food offering

Our food service areas and shops offer a selection of products chosen for their quality and authenticity. We prioritize local production: artisanal ice creams, regional drinks, and beers from microbreweries.

This approach supports the expertise of our local regions while remaining true to our commitment to offering accessible, simple, and suitable products for everyone, for a friendly moment of relaxation in the heart of nature.

Committed institutional and associative support

Our activities also benefit from the support of tourist offices, local authorities, and community organizations. We take part in various schemes promoting access to culture and leisure—such as the Pass Tourisme or Pass Villégiature—to make our activities accessible to as many people as possible, particularly families and young audiences. These collaborations help promote social inclusion, the enhancement of natural spaces, and awareness of environmental issues. Coolongalook is also a member of the SLA (Active Leisure Syndicate) and engaged in certification processes such as Qualité Tourisme, Tourisme & Handicap, Famille Plus, the sustainable development charter of the Royan Atlantique urban community, as well as Accueil Vélo and 1action1arbre, thereby affirming its commitment to actively contributing to the responsible evolution of the tourism and leisure sector.

A collective adventure

Coolongalook also relies on media partners committed to showcasing our authentic experiences in the heart of nature, with respect for oneself, others, and the environment.
